Introducing our luxury Nanos apartment on 2 floors with stunning views of the local Nanos mountain for up to 6 people (2+4)..

The space is 77m2 .. with 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 shower room downstairs.. a Bosch equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all you need to cook for yourselves.. a comfy lounge with 32" LCD TV & WiFi, breakfast bar, extendable dining table.. 2 bedrooms upstairs separated by an archway with sliding door and outside you can relax on your 6m long private balcony!

It is a very comfortable base indeed from which to plan your adventures around Green Slovenia and to have the flexibility to cook for yourselves, whenever, if you want.

Many of our apartment guests choose to have breakfast and maybe one or two evening meals downstairs in our cafe OR to eat out from a huge choice of lovely local restaurants, just a 5-20 min drive away.

The apartment is rented as one unit, (not per person) and costs €195 per night.. there is also a weekly rate of €1,265..

Breakfast is not included of course, as you have your own kitchen, "Petit Dejeneuer" in our cafe costs €15 per person, kids portions €8.

Lovely Large Balcony..

Relax and enjoy the views and sunsets dipping behind Slovenia's last mountain, (Nanos 1,313m) within touching distance of the Italian & Slovenian Mediterranean coastal regions and the stunning Vipava valley on the other side.

You also overlook our huge green garden area and the main courtyard with stables and riding arena, so don't be surprised if you have to put your book down to watch one of our Lipizzaners doing their dance moves in the riding school or grazing in the fields!

Downstairs..

There is a light & spacious entrance hallway.. A sliding door leads to a large luxurious shower room with handy extra toilet. The galley kitchen has a Bosch cooker, fridge and dishwasher and is fully equipped for you to cook for yourselves.

The main lounge is through from the kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 high comfy bar stools for taking coffee.. There is a door leading out to the long balcony.

Back inside, the lounge has a round dining table for 4 people, (which can be extended for 6). The lounge is spacious and has a great views of the garden and the stunning Nanos mountain.

There is a comfy sofa and coffee table with easy chairs. The 32" LCD TV sits next to the beautiful wooden staircase, which takes you up to the huge roof attic for sleeping or more relaxing.

Upstairs..

There are 2 large separate bedroom spaces upstairs with sleeping for up to 2 adults and 4 kids, a luxury bathroom with a bath & shower and an extra sofa area to chill out in.

Mum and Dad have a King size double bed with extra lounge area, separated from the kids by a new oak sliding door that can be closed or left open to make the upstairs area open plan..

we added an extra sofa relax area for the parents upstairs..

So you can choose to have the sliding door closed or open..

The kids have a massive hand made triple bunk bed, which is sure to cause junior debate AND a single bed with a fold away table and wardrobe..

So it is easy to sleep 2 adults and 4 kids up here. 

Kids area has 4 large beds, a handmade foldaway table, wardrobe and fantastic views of Nanos mountain..

The bunk bed area is a perfect place for kids to sleep, but each bed is adult size, so Nanos also be used as a separate bedroom space for a small group of family or friends.

The bunk bed has the best view in the house.. (which is really saying something, but wait till you see it for yourself).. you get to go to sleep and wake up with the most amazing vista of Nanos mountain out through the picture perfect windows!

this hand made triple bed will cause much converstaion amongst the little people until the sleeping order is decided..

Other Apartmenty stuff..

Lipizzaner Lodge is deliberately located in the middle of the countryside, but with have the very best logistical spot in the whole of Green Slovenia..

We are just 5-10 mins from 5 different motorway connections in all directions and just 10 mins from the local town of Postojna, with 6 large supermarkets..

Please note, these supermarkets are open till about 8pm most weekdays and all shops are shut all day on Sundays.

The apartment space is so flexible and we have had many different groupings of guests here including couples who want a bit more space.. the most regular occupants would be a family with say 2, 3 or 4 kids.

Some guests even told us that the apartment seems bigger than their own city apartment back home.. but you won't get this kinda view in a city!
