There is no better feeling than jumping on a bike before brekkie and going for an Early Bird Cycle here at the Lodge!

It's a great way to beat the heat of the day and to see how beautiful our mini region is, nestled next to the monstrous lump of green & stony rock that is Nanos mountain, (1,313m), Slovenia's last mountain before the Mediterranean.

We use the term "Early Bird Cycle" to describe this fun nature activity, but check out what we saw this morning.. just look at this amazing view below!

But if you look closer, below, you will see a real Early Bird.. a hunting buzzard having a rest on the fence! Wow!

What about that! Actually you will always usually see a hunting bird, maybe a deer or other wild life when biking or hiking along this amazing network of stone tracks that absolutely surround Lipizzaner Lodge!
